Forms for making Donations and Pledges - you can print these and fill them in, or come to the library and we will give you the form.

Upon receipt of your gift, you will receive an acknowledgement postcard, followed by a receipt for tax purposes and the unending thanks of the steering committee, library board, library director and staff. Most importantly, you will be part of maintaining a proud history of opening new worlds of knowledge to all the citizens of the Toulon Library District.
