The Stark County Genealogical Society library is located at 115 S. Franklin Street, in Toulon. The library houses a collection of vital records compiled by the Genealogical Society from courthouse records and from other sources. These include birth records, marriage records, death records, canvasses of Stark County cemeteries, and obituaries.
